Convenient location near the station, tasty Japanese and Western breakfast. Helpful staff despite language challenges. Neatly made rooms and efficient coin laundry service. Comfy firm mattresses aid in restful sleep. Will consider revisiting in the future for a convenient stay.

Location: the hotel was right by restaurants, the Fussa train station, and Tachikawa. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Ichiyo Raifuku that was only 5 minutes' walk away. The breakfast was free and modern and offered plenty of options...

Toyoko Inn staff are warm and accommodating. the location is fabulous, convenient to everything. Delicious, though repetitive breakfast menu. Enjoyed a good night's sleep with a magnificent skyline view before closing my eyes.

I stayed for a week and found the location perfect for exploring the area. the room size exceeded my expectations, and the view of the mountains and Fuji from the West-facing rooms was breathtaking. the staff, despite the language barrier, were friendly and Google Translate came in handy. the complimentary breakfast, though simple, was freshly cooked. the firm mattress and pillows provided a comfortable night's sleep, and the abundance of towels was a nice touch.
